Refund policy

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

1. All returns/exchanges/refunds must be initiated via email within 14 days of receiving items*.

2. We’re unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on discounted items after the package has been shipped.

*Items that have been worn, washed, or smell of body odor will not be exchanged or accepted. Items returned must be in sellable condition.

PUTTERS RETURN

Putters must be returned in like-new condition, in the original condition as advertised, including the original grip, headcover, and all original components.

We cannot accept returns if the putter has been used on the course, had the grip changed, shows signs of use, or has been modified in any way.

 

REFUNDS

We like you to be happy, so if you're not happy with the items and would like a refund, send them back to us, and we will give you a full refund. 

Refunds will be issued when

  1. We cannot replace your items OR
  2. Products are defective upon arrival OR
  3. You change your mind BEFORE the products have been sent to you.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email ASAP to ensure we receive the email before our shipping days of Monday and Thursday.

We are unable to cancel orders once your item has been sent via the shipping method chosen. 

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled by the customer and any refunds and returns will need to go through the process explained under the Returns and Refunds sections.

Orders may be cancelled by Waddaplayagolf for any reason prior to shipping. Orders cancelled by Waddaplayagolf will be fully refunded and a notification will be sent to the customer of the full refund.

If you would like to cancel an order, please cancel prior to shipping of the item. Once items have been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
