You mark your ball on the green with the center line on your putting line.
Put the ball back and realign the line.
Then finally place your ball before your putt and line up the marker line with the line you draw on your golf ball.
In the middle of the black line, is a tiny yet clear 'waddaplaya' just to remind you, that you are the baus. Craftsmanship is off the charts.
It's a double sided beauty that make putts drop and thumbs come up.

Great solid marker, heavier and thicker than I imagined. Great design.
The Zen Alignment marker is without a doubt, the greatest ball marker ever made. It is the perfect size and weight, and the pattern on both sides is calming and pleasing (and a little flashy), and grabs the attention of my playing partners. Kudos to the Chief Playa in Charge!
