Please read carefully. By purchasing items through waddaplayagolf.com, you agree/consent/understand all the following terms, including and not limited to this page as well as our Shipping Policy and Refund policy pages which are all available on the homepage.
CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS
Please make sure all details are correct in your order before payment. Of course, if there was an issue and you ordered the wrong thing or put in the wrong address, please feel free to email me at email@example.com and I will edit the order manually.
Please provide a VALID email address and phone number for correspondence in case of issues, or queries we may have if we notice anything that may need attention in your order. If we do not have a VALID email address to contact you on, we are unable to send tracking details, delivery updates, status updates or any important announcements or correspondence regarding your order.
EMAIL IS THE ONLY CORRESPONDENCE
If there is any problem with a product at all, please email Matt at firstname.lastname@example.org to clear it up and a happy solution will be made specially for you - we will always endeavor to have you happy.
If there is any problem with the order whatsoever, and contact is not made via email, we cannot guarantee a positive outcome.
Please always make the effort to EMAIL us to sort out any issues, as we always provide our best service through email. Facebook messenger, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit and any other form of communication medium will less likely yield a solution as it is very easy to miss the communication, and never know it exists. Direct messages on social media platforms come in at an alarming rate and are not sortable or searchable to be able to address sales and after sales support queries.
Please allow us to solve any issues directly - this is always easiest for everyone. If we do not provide satisfactory service and communication in terms of refunds, returns or actual delivery of the gear, via email, please feel free to voice concerns publicly. Any public enquiries will not be dealt with in the same manner as direct email enquiries and the outcome of such cases will be handled very differently.
Our email address is provided on this website, on the youtube channel, in this terms of service notice and in the email sent to your stipulated email address immediately after your order is placed. Please contact us via email ONLY.
EMAIL RESPONSE TIME
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response via email. We always respond and it is usually within 6-12 hours depending on the time zone difference as we are based in Thailand and Malaysia.
DUTIES AND TAXES
IMPORTANT: Duties and import taxes are not included in the price of the items nor the shipping price.
Depending on which country you live in, the government may impose taxes and duties on goods entering your country.
Please be aware of your country's import duties and taxes on the items being ordered before your order is placed - this responsibility falls entirely on the customer.
Unpaid duties may result in items being returned to waddaplayagolf. We do not pay duties or customs taxes on behalf of customers and any refusal to pay government imposed taxes is at the prerogative of the customer. If the items are then returned to us, we will issue a refund ON THE PRODUCTS ONLY (not rhe shipping) once the items are in our possession, but only AFTER WE SUBTRACT FEES TO RETURN THE ITEM, IMPORT DUTIES ON OUR SIDE AND ANY OTHER RELATED COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING ITEMS whatsoever. By purchasing any items on waddaplayagolf.com, you agree to this.
REMOTE AREAS (FAR FROM CITIES AND TOWNS)
In some instances, in some countries (including and not limited to rural Australia, South Africa, UAE and Norway), the remoteness of the location causes shipping costs to increase to a level that makes it unfeasible to send the products. in these cases we will contact you via your email to explain the situation and organize a new solution. This can be in the form of a refund or sending your items via small packet postal service or to a family member or friend in a major town or city nearby you. Either way, your happiness is most important and we will give you the best solution possible.
NORWAY, SOUTH AFRICA, UAE INCREASED POSTAGE CHARGES
Currently Norway and South Africa has a $30 surcharge for shipping due to the frequency of remote access areas and costs of sending items to these locations
CURRENCY OF THE STORE
The currency of the store is Thai Baht. This is the national currency of Thailand. We have an app that automatically calculates the price in your local currency by accessing your ip address. This will display the approximate price until checkout, whereupon you will be charged in Thai Baht. The bank will charge you according to their exchange rate and you will have no problems with your transaction.

WEAR AND TEAR OF GOODS
Metalworks, fabrics, and material used to create products will show signs of wear and tear over time. Metalworks in contact with other items such as, and not restricted to moisture, soil, other metal objects, plastics and other objects will show signs of tarnishing and scratching due to contact with these outside agents.
As with all fabric, patterns and stitching will fade in time especially if exposed to sunlight, different temperatures of water, cleaning agents and drying machines. Any number of factors can affect the fabrics being used in creating patterned and embroidered items.
Please take care of your items in a way that will help prolong their lives. Natural wear and tear is expected and is not grounds for a refund or exchange.
We accept no responsibility for any injury whatsoever caused by using or misusing our products. You accept full responsibility for your own safety.
If a product does not meet your expectation, please contact email@example.com to sort it out and find an easy solution in the form of a refund or a new item or store credit.
Depending on the shipping method used, replacement items may be delayed until the Covid situation is over.

RETURNS: Please EMAIL us for returns and replacements. We are very reasonable and generous with our returns.
Returns or exchanges or refund requests must be lodged with us VIA EMAIL within 28 days after RECEIVING the package. A package is considered "received" after the courier or postal service has registered it as "DELIVERED". The 28 days begins from, and includes that date.
For US customers, returns will be made to a postal address within the USA. We will confirm this address with you via email after you email us regarding your return. You will have to pay the local shipping rate.
For UK and EU customers, returns will be made to a postal address within the UK. We will confirm this address with you via email after you email us regarding your return. You will have to pay the local shipping rate.
Kindly email us for confirmation and assistance regarding your order if you've ordered the wrong size, or design, and we'll get replacements out to you as soon as we can as well as receive your returned item at our forwarding service inside the UK or the USA.
VERY IMPORTANT: We take great pride in solving issues in ways that delight. Any social media posting, or messaging platforms outside of EMAIL may not result in corrective action as we may miss these posts or messages due to the nature of social media and influx of daily messages on those platforms. Please always contact us via EMAIL ONLY. We cannot provide top service if your first port of call is social media.
REFUND ON RETURNS
For refunds on items, the postage return to our forwarding service in the US and UK/EU will be at the expense of the customer.
We will replace and/or refund the items once they are in possession of our forwarder.
NOTE: Please declare the total value of all items in any package returned to waddaplayagolf with a maximum total value of NO MORE THAN $30 US and mark it as a GIFT. Items must be in original condition in order to be refunded if a refund is required. Any damage to the product will result in refusal of refund.
REFUND OF SHIPPING
We refund only the value of the goods. Shipping charges paid to waddaplayagolf are not refundable.
RIGHT TO CANCEL RESERVED: We reserve the right to refund any purchases for any reason whatsoever and cancel the order before it is packed and sent. In instances like these due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is issued to the customer including shipping, and items are not sent. If items have not been shipped, the shipping fees will also be refunded.
Potential reasons for this type of action include and are not restricted to remoteness of location and distance from a town or city impacting shipping costs, an order not able to be fulfilled due to last minute stock shortage, postage system issues out of our control, or customer requests to cancel an order or any other reason waddaplayagolf sees fit.
NON REFUNDABLE: Not liking the pattern or design which is depicted clearly on the website in the pictures is not grounds for a refund. Refunds will be made for items that are defective and are not up to quality standards. We check every item we send and defects are removed from sellable stock.
If two sizes of any one design of hats or shirts are ordered, we will only issue refunds once we have the incorrect sized item in hand.
By purchasing identical-patterned two shirts or two hats in different sizes, you understand and agree that in the event of a return or refund request, that you will return the size that does not fit, via DHL, to our address in Bangkok and declare the value of the shirt at $9US and the hat at $7 and mark the item as a gift. You may also return the item to our mail forwarder if we have a forwarder in your region of the UK/EU and USA.
The shipping cost for the return on the above-mentioned item will be paid by the customer, and any import duties or taxes and fees imposed on waddaplayagolf when receiving the item will be deducted from the value that will be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Any items declared in the package higher than the amount stipulated above ($9) that causes undue inconvenience and import charges to us, will be abandoned and the refund will not be issued.
We will supply the address for the return via email. The shirt or hat must be in its original condition and be unused. Any shirt or hat containing body odor or other undesirable characteristics will not be honored for refund/return/exchange. The shirt must be folded in the original style and packaging. The hat must be unused and must not smell of body odor or have any markings on it. There are to be no stains or marks on any items in order for a refund to be issued.
Please use the sizing chart provided on every shirt sales page to estimate your size. By purchasing, you agree to measure your body and compare it to the sizing chart. By ordering two sizes of the same shirt or hat, you agree that in the case of a return or refund request, you will adhere to the aforementioned conditions.
By purchasing, you understand and agree to the fact that there may be delays in shipping beyond our control and stated delivery times are subject to change without notice, depending on global pandemics, natural disasters, local laws and other forces beyond our control.
UK SMALL PARCEL POST
All items sent to the UK will be sent via small parcel post. This takes between 7 and 15 days to arrive. This is the simplest method of delivery.
Every other country during the Covid crisis will receive deliveries from DHL.
PLEASE PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO THE SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT - THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THAILAND CUSTOMERS AS INTERNAL POST IS STILL OPERATING IN THAILAND.
There is a flat shipping fee of roughly $10-$12 US for the entire order, and this system will be in place until the postal services are reopened globally. Postal services are not running fully and we have had to use DHL to move any products - there is no expected date of global resumption of postal services. Once they are back up and running fully, we will resume free shipping.
This shipping fee applies to the ENTIRE ORDER. Please note, Norway, UAE and South Africa have currently a $30 US surcharge on the entire order.
We will be shipping twice a week and you will receive an email from DHL as well as waddaplayagolf with your details for your package. Kindly provide an email address that is valid, and current.
This will result in packages being delivered between 2 and 7 days after ordering to every country in the world. The UK is serviced by the Royal mail and this will take between 7 and 15 days.
IMPORTANT: Please provide a shipping address that you are able to receive your package at, within 7 to 15 days after your order. if you have a change of address after your order, please contact Matt at email@example.com in order to change it in time.
Shipment Processing Time
Shipping is done twice per week and depending on the product, will be packed and sent within 3 days of ordering and shipped via DHL which usually delivers between of 2-4 days after time of shipping. Delivery to the UK can take between 7 and 15 days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation of your order via the email you provide at checkout. Please ensure this is a current, valid email address to make correspondence possible. Your tracking details will be sent to you via email by waddaplayagolf and/or DHL. if you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for clarity.
Why is my order not here yet?
More than likely your items are not claimed or are awaiting payment of import duties if your country is quite strict.
Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Australia and Canada are particular about importing products and so please be aware of your parcels location and contact your local branch of DHL for clarity. These details will be provided to you via the email sent to you after shipping.
All unclaimed items that are sent back to Golf Sidekick will be delivered once again but with an additional charge of USD20 which needs to be processed via paypal.
My parcel was not delivered and sent back to Waddaplayagolf, what now?
I very rarely charge again for a returned item. If we made a screw up, I will send the parcel back to you, free of charge.
Only a couple of situations will require you to pay another USD20 to resend the items:
1. The address provided at checkout was incorrect
2. The item was not claimed while being held by the postal service or courier - this is usually the case when no one is home, a notification is left by the post, customs must be paid etc.

Please note, we will take every step and endeavor to contact you privately if your shipping details or contact details are incomplete or appear to be insufficient so that we can ensure delivery. Please make sure you supply a current and valid email address which you use regularly.
